Has social media killed romance? With love in the time of social media, Isabella George lets participants — singles, couples and commentators — debate whether social media has killed, changed, or distorted romance by creating false expectations, staged moments, and easier access to temptation. This episode collects personal stories and viewpoints on how online culture reshaped trust, dating behavior, and what people now consider romantic.

Isabella George, Senior Editor
Hiii, my name is Isabella George, and I am currently a senior at Kalani High School. When I started newswriting, I was only a little sophomore. Time truly flies but I’ve had some really great experiences with this class. It allowed me to grow as a student, improve my writing and grammar skills, and go out of my comfort zone when I had to write stories. My interests include many art-related things like painting, crafts, photography, music, ceramics, and film, too. I play soccer and have been playing nearly my whole life. I was born and raised in Texas, had some time in Florida, and eventually moved to Hawaii. I intend to return to Texas for college and begin my journey to become an orthodontist or pediatric dentist.
