Annilis Ung, Reporter
Annilis Tea Ung is a first-year reporter on Ka Leo O Kalani. A junior at Kalani High School, she finds interest in spreading joy with imagery for entertaining and informative writing. Her background focuses on poetry, having been published in the 2023 version of Poetic Power’s Creative Communication Poetry Anthology as an 8th grader. Her free time consists of reading, music, and art, through online literature, guitar, and drawing. You might see her pondering in nature like a pretentious philosopher or eating snacks on her couch.
