Makena Young is a reporter at  Ka Leo O Kalani.  A sophomore and is in News Writing 1 at Kalani High School. Makena enjoys writing informational articles to inform people about what’s happening at Kalani High School and in the world. Her credibility is backed up by her success in Kalani High School’s News Writing 1, where she creates and turns articles, improving with each class. Makena loves to laugh and spread facts she hopes to spread the more she writes articles.
